The performance development program is designed to improve athletes speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, and physical condition. Our staff write individualized programs for each athlete they work with to optimize their needs. Athletes need this customized performance training to become the best they can be in their position, their sport, and their body type. For our clients that are not athletes, we are happy working with you to develop a program that will help you reach your goals and find the healthy lifestyle you want.

TAP (Total Athlete Performance)

TAP is a high performance training facility designed for athletes and committed individuals looking to maximize their full performance potential in sport and life.  Through applied science, all of our athletes go through a FREE detailed assessment. Our assessment takes a look at musculoskeletal measurements along with an extensive movement and strength analysis in order to find any motor pattern dysfunctions or asymmetries. These are addressed throughout each individual training session. Custom-tailored strength and conditioning programs are designed based on the needs and goals of each individual.

Based on the athlete’s current sport and season, each program will focus on developing and improving the following:

  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Core Stability
  • Hypertrophy (Muscle Building)
  • Strength
  • Landing and Jumping Technique
  • Power/Explosiveness
  • Acceleration and Deceleration Mechanics
  • Reactive Agility and First Step Quickness
  • Sport Specific Conditioning

Boys and Girls Grades 5th to 8th

Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Strength, Conditioning, Power, Speed, Agility and Quickness training for the youth athlete.

Middleton High School Fitness Center

$120 for 12 sessions. (If registering after start date, cost will be prorated)

Training is being provided by David Finch Founder and Owner of The Combine – Functional Strength and Conditioning and his staff. David has been training athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities since 1993. David is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Coach Alex is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and depending on your situation can help transform or fine tune your body to become to athlete you aspire to be.
