We are running Small Group training for Soccer Goalkeepers
Who: Any Goalkeeper
What: Small group (8 GK’s or less) Sessions

Who may need a coach?
Someone who is blocked or challenged by personal behaviors, habits or abilities. Anyone looking for personal improvement, development and growth.
What should I expect from the process?
A supportive partner who will focus on mindset, behaviors, habits, and accountability. Regular one on one sessions to explore root causes of setbacks and uncover techniques to improve in the future.
How will I know if we have made progress?
When meaningful action toward your goal becomes regular and frequent, often times faster than when you were working individually.
Consultants
Is a consultant what you need?
Do you need a very specific skill set or accreditation to guide you on your path? Is there a specific role on your team that you don’t have, but need guidance from? These may be reasons for working with an expert consultant
What should I expect from the process?
Consultants will provide advice, recommendations, and teachings based on their specific area of educational and experiential expertise. Their work will likely result in a tangible deliverable, such as a presentation, report, or training.
How will I know if we have made progress?
Your knowledge and understanding of the consultants area of expertise will grow to a point where you have been able to achieve the necessary task at hand, or the consultant is no longer needed to help complete it.
Strategists
When to use a strategist?
At the front end of changes or growth, Strategists help groups or organizations establish clarity, direction, and expectations for their road ahead. Many times, you may not even know what needs to be done, or where you are going, this is the perfect time for strategy.
What should I expect from the process?
Multiple working sessions with applicable stakeholders. Often times there will be pre-work and homework on either side of the hands on collaboration sessions that take place.
How will I know if we have made progress?
Clarity is achieved or strategic plans are in place. Breakthroughs in actionable next steps and purpose.
