Success, in my eyes, is being fortunate enough to watch someone I work with persevere and achieve something they have chosen to tackle. For over a decade, I have played supporting roles to those with incredible talent and been fortunate enough to learn and grow along the way. From these experiences, my true passion of partnering with others in their pursuit of growth and success has grown into our IDEAL Performance.

Who am I?
I am a former division one athlete at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where I competed as a decathlete in track and field. Graduating with a bachelor of science in psychology, I went on to complete my master program in clinical mental health counseling at Valparaiso University. Currently, I am fully licensed as a mental health counselor in the state of Wisconsin as well as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant.
