Performing is something we all do everyday. When you have a conversation with a peer or friend, you are putting on a performance. When you present something to others at school or work, you are performing. And when you cross that white line, onto the athletic stage that you have chosen to compete on, you are performing. So, what is the one thing that all of these performances have in common? You! We have created this journal with the intention of helping you grow your mental game over the next few months. This journal has several sections, specifically designed and developed to provide you with performance coaching as if you had direct access to an IDEAL Performance Coach as needed.
